The beneficiaries: OSCAR SRL, CODAF SRL, MOLINO E RISERIA MARTINI DI GIUSEPPE MARTINI SAS, ITAL DEC-OR SRL, and ISOELECTRIC DI DELLA BONA OLIVIERO—are all major players in the agri-food sector, an industry currently undergoing rapid technological transformation driven by increasing levels of process automation and mechanization. This technological and digital evolution has created a need for staff training and professional development.
Description: The project stems from the need to train workers and business owners to acquire new and significant skills in the field of smart specialization—specifically, innovation and the technological and digital transformation of business processes—in order to support the competitiveness of the project’s partner companies, all of which belong to the agri-food supply chain. The aim is to leverage new technologies to develop business processes—making them more efficient, effective, and “smart”—through the integration of digital technologies and solutions.
