Shipping and delivery

What are the shipping and delivery times?
We generally guarantee the preparation and shipment of the order within 2 working days. From the departure of the order, the delivery times depend on the country:
  • Italy: 2 working days
  • European Union: 4 working days
  • Rest of the world: around 10 working days (to be defined depending on the country)
How much are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping varies according to the weight of the products and the country: Italy
15€ up to 20 kg 25€ over 20 kg Over 500€ (excluding IVA) free shipping European Union
20€ up to 20 kg 35€ over 20 kg Over 500€ (excluding IVA) free shipping
Rest of the world
Differs by country. We ask you to send a request to support@isoelectric.com to arrange the type of shipment.
Can I collect the products directly at the collection point?

In which countries can you ship your products?
In Italy and European Union it’s possible to buy directly. While for the rest of the world we ask you to specify the destination country during checkout so as to agree on the best shipping together.
Can I request delivery on a specific day/time?
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
If I order several products, will they be delivered to me at the same time?

The items in the order will all be shipped in a single order.
If we forget to ship an item we will send it at our expense.

Returns and refunds

What can I do if I received a wrong product?
In case of an incorrect product, it will be possible to make a return at our expense.
What can I do if I have received a damaged product?
In case of a damaged product, it will be possible to return it at our expense.
What can I do if I have received an incomplete product?
If some items are missing from the order, we will send the missing material as soon as possible at our expense.
How can I make a return?
If it were our responsibility (see points 1, 2, 3) pack the product in a suitable manner with care, then we will send the prepaid shipping label at our expense to be affixed on the package in a visible manner.
How long does it take to refund me?
Once we have received the returned item within 3 working days, we will initiate the refund procedure.
